When was the condo first occupied or is it still under development
?
for working permit expat, will you subsidize the ABSD ?

Hi Ron, ABSD is to be paid to the government and there is no way to avoid it.

Hi Ron,

Are you looking to buy RV Residences?

This condo has already TOP over a year ago. Owners, tenants have been living there some about 1.5 yrs now.

ABSD is a tax payable to the government, there is no subsidy unfortunately.
